At a time when it is right to be physically distant, we want to be as close as possible to your needs. We are working hard to ensure that shipments arrive comfortably at your doorstep within the usual time frame.
Deliveries are not made during weekend and public holiday.
You have made a purchase in Chicco Malaysia website and you want to know the status of your order? Here is the tip:
- Have you already received the order confirmation email? We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your payment.
Your order will normally be dispatched between 4-7 working days after the order Confirmation. If the destination of your parcel is subject to municipal or regional restrictions on the movement of goods, you will be notified by our Customer Service by email.
You can track your order by simply clicking on the tracking link in the dispatch confirmation email or directly from Chicco Malaysia website. Login into your account and access the "Orders" section of your personal profile. Here you can check the progress of your order and track your shipment.
